All pieces are made by hand. Variations in form and finish are expected between pieces. Variations may include slight changes in colour, texture and size.
Pieces are food safe and made with non-toxic materials unless stated otherwise.
Although tableware is technically dishwasher safe, a handwash is recommended. Avoid soaking pieces for long.
I aim to ship as sustainably as possible, and will always re-use packing supplies and boxes that I have lying around the studio.
Because of this I can’t guarantee the box your order arrives in, but everything will always be packed with utmost care to ensure it arrives safely!
If possible, please re-use or recycle any packaging you receive.
If you live near E2, London and would like to pick up your order, you can select “pick up” at checkout. I will then be in touch and we can arrange a time to pick up from my studio or flat.
My studio hours are (usually) Tuesday-Thursday 5pm to 10pm, and Sundays 10am to 5pm.

Shipping
Shipping is available within the UK and Europe. For other countries please email before placing an order.
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider.
I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for missing or late deliveries.
